FREE SITE SURVEYS
In certain cases, particularly for larger jobs and those that require multiple services, we recommend a site survey. It is easy to arrange and free of charge. One of our experienced surveyor will meet you at the property, and provide you with a precise quote tailored to you exact requirements.
NO HIDDEN EXTRAS
Our clearance prices are completely inclusive of labour, transport, parking and disposal charges. You don’t get any nasty surprises at the end of the job!
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS – SAFE DISPOSAL RATES
In order to dispose of hazardous materials safely and without risk to health and the environment, certain materials need to be taken to special facilities where they are treated and made safe for recycling. We incur charges for these and as a result charge the following:

Standard probate valuation service – from £250 + vat
One of our experienced general valuers will visit the property to make an appraisal, and return a written valuation within 7 days. Included in the price is up to 2 hours of desk research.
Specialist probate valuation service In some instances, for example if there are valuable specialist collections (such as rare stamps), or very high value object d’art,you may require a RICS accredited valuer, or a expert in a particular field. We will be able to advise you if you require this service. service.

If you require an inventory of contents, we charge £50 + vat per hour for one of our valuers to attend the property and provide the written report. We are happy to discuss fixed prices on a case by case basis.
In order to load the van safely we will need your boxes to be of similar sizes, small, medium or large. We can supply boxes and the necessary materials for you. And for a fee of £40 + vat we can deliver them to you in advance.

- On-site paper shredding – £60 minimum charge plus £2.99 per sack, (£5.99 per sack if we load paper into sacks)
- Off-site certified £0.38p per kilo plus removal charges (£75 collection fee)
- Off site hard drive destruction £10 per unit
- Off site hard drive wiping £10 per unit
- Collection £50 + congestion charge and fees if applicable
- Removal of hard dives from PC / servers charged £50 per hour
